Posted by B.I.G at 05:38Globally Parkour has made a big impact in the media, sometimes in the news negative, but most of the time parkour has been received with enthusiasm, especially by marketing companies.
PKSA gets numerous request from these companies to supply them with traceurs. Some of you have already been contacted numerous times by them. It became a bit of a hairy affair for some, once PKSA forwarded your details to them, you were pretty much on your own. You had to negotiate a fee/contract and were exposed to some legalities & red tape. All of this would have been much easier to do if you had been managed by some sort of talent agency, and that is exactly the purpose of this article.
We are planning to extend the services of PKSA to that of a management / talent agency that will market and source traceurs for various visual media projects. Our primary focus will be to represent South African traceurs but we will not be limited on South Africa alone. We can also represent international traceurs.
So, if you are interested in appearing in an advert, short film, documentory or even a feature film as an actor/stuntman, forward us the following detail to neil.big.craig[at]gmail.com or dane.grant[at]gmail.com:
- Full Names
- ID Number and/or Passport Number
- Nationality
- Current Location
- Date of Birth
- Languages Spoken
- Race
- Hair Colour
- Eye Colour
- Height
- Weight
- Telephone Number
- Cellphone Number
- Postal Address
- E-mail Address
If possible also forward any photos, headshots & bodyshots, to us. Should you have any actionshots, it will also be appreciated. Even better, send us links to any video footage you might have of yourself practicing parkour/free running to us. If you do not have any footage online, you can always use services like YouTube or Google Video, its free.
We are looking forward to your submissions...
